At Southwest Florida International Airport, Animal Relief Areas are located in the “grassy areas” at both ends of the terminal building on the lower level, adjacent to Doors 1 and 6, near the gazebo and loading dock, or across the street from baggage claim on the lower level near the parking garage. Please see the Arrivals & Baggage Claim Directory. We encourage all pet owners to use the animal relief areas before going through security screening checkpoints due to the lack of pet relief areas inside the concourses. Disposable bags and trash cans are available for your use. Please keep your pet leashed at all times while on airport property. For service animal needs inside the concourses, please contact your airline for assistance.
